We were awarded a big development of 295 properties all based in Lansbury Square, a residential and contemporary part of East London. It consists of a collection of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.

Murray Tiling is now on the 3rd consecutive phase of the prestigious Olympic Park Regeneration project – Chobham Manor Phase 1B (Phase 3)

What is Chobham Manor?

This huge project will see London return to its traditional family neighbourhoods of terraced and mews houses, this will all be set within tree-lined avenues. Over 75 percent of the properties will have three or more bedrooms. This was the home of the most successful Olympics on home soil to date and we are so proud to be a part of the regeneration of this very special place.

What does Phase 3 mean for Murray Tling?

Phase 3 and 4 will offer more than 400 new 3, 4, 5, bedroom homes.  Murray Tiling will be managing all the tiling projects on (phase 3).

Murray Tiling has just been commissioned for the phase 1 development and regeneration project for the hugely successful developer ‘Persimmon Homes’ (FTSE 100 company) in ‘South Ockendon on the old 30-acre Ford site on Arisdale Avenue.’.

The South Ockendon and surrounding area project will build over 650 homes over various phases, which offers a range of beautiful new homes this will consist of 2 bedroom flats and 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses within 10 miles of South Ockendon.
